This hotel provided great value for money, with spacious and clean rooms. The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to the highway and a quiet atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast included in our stay was a nice bonus, offering a variety of hot and cold options to start our day off right. We also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi in the rooms, which allowed us to stay connected during our visit.

Everything was fine and met our expectations.

We got a room that had breakfast included in the price (breakfast was very good). There was a server in the breakfast area by the name of China, she was awesome!!! Very polite, wanting to make sure every need was met, she was really a joy to see in the mornings. She does a wonderful job & the hotel is lucky to have her. She truly stands out from her other co-workers!

Well, we requested early check in w/ our reservation. We arrived at about 11:30am after driving 10 hrs through the night, hoping we would have the opportunity to check into our room & get some rest before our conference started that afternoon. Not only were we not allowed to check in to our room (even though we requested early check-in) but no one was allowed to check in early. The lobby was full of people (& luggage) literally from all over the country who had came in for that conference & wasn't able to check in early. We finally got in our room at about 4pm after waiting for about 45 mins-1 hr to check in. The hotel created a list in which you could put your name & number on it & they would call you when a room became available, but no one was called from that list. Because the hotel was sold out for the weekend, I think the hotel could have prepared a little better for the guests that were preparing to come instead of waiting til the last minute to get everything in order. Other than that, I have no complaints about this hotel.

Great service and helpful staff here, couldn't find anything to complain about. Room service came in clutch. Having a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and a microwave was super convenient. And the food was top-notch 👌🏻

The location is perfect, as it is centrally located and directly across the street from a nice city park. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including fast Wi-Fi, and the added bonus of breakfast included.

Big, clean rooms with comfortable beds and free breakfast. Close to a beautiful park and lots of restaurants within a short drive. The swimming pool was a nice bonus for the warm weather weekend.

The website advertised free drinks at night but we found out it's only from Monday to Thursday. , some of the facilities could use some updating.

This hotel is in a great location, close to all the downtown attractions. We were able to easily visit all the places we wanted to see, from the Joe Davis baseball stadium to the nearby events. the room we had was spacious and comfortable, with a flat screen TV and a mini fridge. the bathroom was clean and had good water pressure in the shower. the service was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room.

The hotel could use some updates in terms of design and decor.

Great location near the city center and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. the hotel also had a nice view of the surrounding area from the room's window. the complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch and filled us up for a day of sightseeing.

The hotel was run-down and in serious need of renovation. the staff was also unhelpful and unfriendly, offering no assistance with directions or recommendations for things to do in the area.
